monday morning.

Last night I was feeling overwhelmed.  

I made a list of things I was going to do today and that helped.

Ok, the list is doable.

I was going to get up at 7 and get the kids in the shower and then make pancakes.

7 am...my alarm goes off...snooze....snooze until 7:30.  

7:40....Kade crawls into bed with me.  

I love this part of the morning.  

My big 8 year old still needs his mama in the morning.  

A quick cuddle and a back scratch.  

Soon Add is wandering in.  She crawls between Ethan and I.

Time for showers, "don't worry I will drive you to school," I say.

The kids get ready, Ethan helps them get dressed, I make pancakes.  

We eat, I make lunches. 

 Ok, time to go.  Sure, Oscar can come with us.  The kids are thrilled.

"Mom, his ears are flapping in the wind like a bat!"   

Sometimes, I have to make us slow down.  

Let us sleep in a few more minutes.  

Forget the school bus. 

 Time is flying and I am feeling so sentimental.
