The kids were out of school Thursday/Friday for Fall Break.
On Thursday, Ethan and I were both off.
We had a fun day together.
First things first we went to the pumpkin patch.
Addi had been dying to go and wanted to make sure it was the first thing we did.
We picked out pumpkins fairly quickly b/c the patch was packed with other kids on fall break.
We stopped by Becky's and bought some extra pumpkins from her too.
After the pumpkin patch we hit up the matinee of Frankenweenie.
I was the only one who really liked it. The kids thought it was fair (a little scary and sad for them)
In the afternoon, Ethan went golfing and the kids played with the neighbors.
Friday I didn't have to work until 5 PM.
Michelle and I took the kids to a new smoothie place close by for breakfast.
I think it's pretty good, but expensive.
Then we went to the cheapy theatre to see Brave with Michelle and Megan.
We followed the movie with soft pretzels and hot chocolate.
It was pretty chilly and rainy most of the day.
Overall, I think we had a successful fall break!

i wish our fall break was only two days, instead it was 10!! They gave us the friday before off too. It was a looong fall break. maybe we need to get together next year during the break :) cute pics at the pumpkin patch.
