Last week went pretty well.
I skipped 2 meals and we had mac and cheese one night and del taco the other.
and I did make tortilla soup one night when Davey and Megan came over
b/c I was afraid to make something new. But that soup is pretty tasty.
oh well.
The short ribs were good. The kids were not that impressed.
The sesame chicken was delish. Everyone loved it.
Ethan wants it to make another appearance soon.
The rigatoni rustica was really good.
This week I only have a few nights to worry about.
We have Halloween stuff going on all week.
Monday -- Neighborhood Halloween party (we are having another block party)
Tuesday -- Stuffed Shells w/garlic bread and broccoli
Wednesday -- Spaghetti w/the rest of the tomato sauce from Tues
Thursday -- Coconut Curry Soup that didn't get made last week
Friday -- The kids are going to my Mom's so maybe we will have a date night
Saturday -- Halloween party at Jackie's
Sunday -- still yet to be decided.

You look gorgeous my friend! We are having potato bar on Saturday for Whitney's huge Halloween birthday party.
Looks like a good menu:) We are having shrimp alfredo, tostadas, honey chicken, fish with something and sad to say... hotdogs.
